How does the procurement process work?
If the customer does not select you directly, the orders go into our order pool. You can select the orders that best suit your company.

How is customer payment regulated?
Payment is made on a monthly basis. All invoices and payments are processed via our system to make the process as simple as possible for you.
Do I need my own cleaning materials?
Yes, you need your own cleaning materials. In some cases, the customer specifies that their material is to be used, in which case you do not need to bring your own.
